2026 DPC Northeast Texas Regional Champion

Silas White Construction, Inc. is proud to share that Robin Gregory was recognized as the 2026 Texas 811 DPC Northeast Regional Champion at the Texas 811 Summit in Galveston, Texas.  During the summit, Texas 811 Damage Prevention Manager Tina Sanders presented the following statement recognizing Robin and her outstanding achievement:

I want to take a few moments to recognize someone who has made a tremendous impact on safety, and damage prevention within our industry here in Northeast Texas.

Our 2026 Northeast Texas Regional Champion has been the Manager of Quality & Safety at Silas White Construction, Inc. since February 2015. In that role, she leads the company’s efforts to maintain high safety standards and operational excellence across its projects. Her leadership has helped build a culture centered around accountability, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement. Before joining Silas White Construction, she retired from a distinguished career with AT&T, where she held a variety of technical and management positions.

That broad background has given her a unique perspective. She understands the industry from multiple sides—from the field to operations, from planning to leadership—and she brings that experience with her into everything she does today.

Her passion for safety education is evident in the time she dedicates to training others and helping teams develop the knowledge and skills they need to work safely.

What really stands out to me is her commitment to safety, damage prevention, collaboration, and education.  She consistently shows up. She participates in chapter meetings and events throughout the Northeast Texas Region, shares her knowledge, supports others, and looks for ways we can continue improving our industry.

She has also been a dedicated officer for both the North Texas Chapter and the Northeast Texas Chapter, and her involvement has helped grow our meetings and Excavation Safety Day.

Her passion for this industry is not something she simply talks about, it is something you see in the time she gives, the people she supports, and the effort she puts into making a difference.

When I think about what this award represents, leadership, dedication, service, safety, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in damage prevention—this year's recipient embodies each of these qualities.  It is my honor to recognize someone who has given so much of her time, experience, and passion to our industry.
