With over thirty years experience, Silas White Construction, Inc. has developed a trusting and reliable relationship with SWBT / AT&T. Our team has created a reputation of being the "contractor that does it all" and completing top quality work in a timely manner.

CORPERATE MISSION STATEMENT:

To build trusting, long-term relationships with our clients and their customers. Our team is committed to constructing high quality products as efficient as possible.

QUALITY CONTROL:

The reputation of our clients is largely critiqued by whom they choose to complete their projects. Silas White Construction, Inc. prides itself in creating positive customer experiences for projects of any size. Our team has in-house crews as well as highly vetted subcontractors. Our subcontractors are held to the same standards and expectations as our own employees. Our team views our subcontractors as an extension of our own company. We assign in-house bore inspectors to each of our projects. Their primary job is to inspect each bore path and pothole to verify that all utilities have been exposed and the centerline of our bore is safe. No bore is started without prior approval from a bore inspector. Along with bore inspectors Silas White Construction, Inc. has active project managers in the field full time. Their primary responsibilities include: oversee the progress on the job, communicate with the crews and bore inspectors, identify unsafe routes, 811 and 3rd party locates, damages and complaints. After a job is complete, the project manager pulls a quality review on the project in order to guaranty 100% quality.

SAFETY:

Safety is our number one priority. Every crew has at least one employee that has OSHA compliance training in "Trench Safety" and "Confined Entry". Mandatory company wide safety meetings are held monthly; as well as, weekly in-field "tailgate" meetings. The "tailgate" meetings allow job-specific subjects to be discussed. Our in-house full service shop maintains all machinery, equipment, and trucks regularly in order to prevent any leaks or spills. Doing so allows our machinery to be reliable and efficient.

STATEMENT:

We have had multiple AT&T VP visits to our jobsites. All have been very impressive to the VP's and their teams. The following is an e-mail we received following one of the visits:

Nick,

I just spoke with Billy on our weekly call, and he said to pass on to you and your team, "Great Job." He liked what he saw and said you guys looked very professional throughout the whole visit. I made sure to let him know that what he saw is "standard operating procedure" for Silas White. Lots of people on the call spoke up and agreed! Awesome job!

Thanks,
